Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, ACH, and wire requests.
- Open new accounts, perform account maintenance, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with inquiries, problem resolution, and online banking support.
- Balance cash transactions, research discrepancies, and ensure accuracy in daily operations.
- Promote bank products and services, maintain compliance, and support branch operations as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Cash-handling, banking, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic accounting knowledge and proficiency with computer applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

The Garfield County Frontier Fair Association is seeking an organized, motivated, and community-oriented individual to serve as Fair Manager. This position is responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the fairgrounds and event facilities, coordination of the annual Garfield County Frontier Fair and Nebraska’s Big Rodeo, scheduling and management of facility rentals, and administrative support for the Association. The Fair Manager works closely with the Board of Directors, volunteers, vendors, exhibitors, sponsors, community organizations, and the public to ensure the fairgrounds and facilities are maintained, events are successful, and the Association operates efficiently throughout the year.
