Join the Tradition – Nebraska’s Big Rodeo Parade!

For decades, the Nebraska’s Big Rodeo Parade has been a highlight of summer in Burwell — and we want YOU to be part of the fun! Hosted by the Burwell Chamber of Commerce, this long-running celebration welcomes floats, riding entries, tractors, vintage cars, marching groups, and anything creative and crowd-pleasing. FREE TO ENTER!

Pro Tip: The parade route is long… pack more candy than you think!  Promo items and candy handouts are encouraged to keep the smiles going from start to finish.

 How to Enter:

• In Person: Pick up entry forms at the Burwell Chamber of Commerce Office – 404 Grand Ave, Burwell, NE 68823

• Return Forms: Drop off your parade entry form during business hours at our office or place it in the drop box in front of our office anytime.

• Online: Rodeo Parade Registration
  Online registration closes Friday, July 24 at 10 PM.

• Day Of: Sign up at the registration table at Burwell City Park.

 Please bring two copies of your parade entry form. If your entry description is lengthy, print two copies of that as well.

Parade Day Details:

• Line-Up Begins: 8:00 AM at the east entrance of Riverside Park (7th/D Streets)

• Judging Deadline: All entries must report by 9:00 AM to the East Entry of Burwell City Park to be judged.
  (Entries arriving after 9:00 AM WILL NOT BE JUDGED!)

• Parade Start: 10:00 AM sharp
